Achievements 2021-2022

1. 40th Junior National Kho-Kho Championship for Boys & girls held at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha from 22nd to 26th September 2021. Boys team secured 9th Position and Girls team secured 6th Position and qualified for the 4th edition of Khelo India Youth Games 2021.

2. 30th Senior South Zone Kho-Kho Championship for Men & Women held at Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Hanamlonda, Warangal District, Telangana from 12th to 14th November 2021.

3. 31st Sub-Junior National Kho-Kho Championship for Boys & girls held at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Nangal Road, Una, Himachal Pradesh from 27th October to 1st November 2021. Tamilnadu Boys team won Bronze Medal.

4. 54th Senior National Kho-Kho championship for Men & Women held at MLB Khel Parisar, Wright Town, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh from 26th to 30th December 2021.

Achievements 2020-2021

The Tamilnadu State Kho-Kho Association conducted the following State Championship during the year 2020-2021.

1. 45th Senior State Championship for Women from 19th to 21st February 2021at Shri Rosy Vidyalaya, Lakshmipuram, Theni

2. 38th Junior Inter-District Kho-Kho Championship for Girls under 18 at St. Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Hosur on 13th & 14th March 2021

Achievements 2019-2020

The Tamilnadu Kho-Kho teams participated in the following Nationals:

1. 30th Sub-Junior National Kho-Kho Championship for Boys & Girls at Jharkhand from 2nd to 6th October 2019

2. 39th Junior National Kho-Kho Championship at Gujarat.

3. 53rd Senior National Kho-Kho Championship for Men & Women at Chhattisgarh from 26th to 30th October 2019.

4. 3rd KHELO India Youth Games 2019 held at Guwahati, Assam

Achievements 2018-2019

At the 2nd Khelo India held at Pune, U-17 Boys secured 3rd Place. In Boys section (U-17) M.Gopalakrishnan and in Girls section (U-17) I.Priyadarshini got a scholarship of Rs.5 Lakhs each.

Tamilnadu Boys team secured 1st Place and the Girls team 2nd Place in South Zone Juniors at Hyderabad.

At the South Zone Senior Championships held at Telangana, Women team won the 3rd Place.

M/s. M.Gowtham and S.Sarankumar represented India against the Test match with Nepal.

Achievements 2017-2018

1. Junior Inter-District for Boys & Girls at Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District. Women’s Inter-District at Dindigul during May 2017.

2. Junior Girls Championship during September 2017 at Chennai.

3. Junior Boys State Championship at Sivagangai during December 2017.

4. Senior Women State Championship at Theni in the month of February 2018 and Women’s Inter- District at Dindigul during May 2017.

Achievements 2016-2017

1. Mr. Vignesh and Ms. Rubini were selected for the Indian Camp towards participation in the 12th South Asian Championship for Men & Women at Guwahati, Assam.

2. Mr. Naveen Prabhu was selected to represent India in the 3rd Asian Kho-Kho Championship at Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

3. Mr. Prasanna Kumar represented the Indian team to play the Kho-Kho test match against England Kho-Kho team at Mumbai, Ajmer & Delhi

Achievements 2015-2016

Mr. K.Appavoo Pandian, General Secretary, Tamilnadu Kho-Kho Association was nominated as Technical Official for the 12th South Asian Games at Guwahati, Assam.

1. 25th Sub-Junior National Kho-Kho Championship for Boys & Girls at Sangali, Maharashtra.

2. Junior National Kho-Kho Championship for Boys & Girls at Ajmeer, Rajasthan

3. 40th Senior National Kho-Kho Championship for Men & Women at Bangalore.

Achievements 2011-2012

a) 23rd Sub-Junior National from 30.05.2011 to 03.06.2011 at Bangalore

b) 31st Junior Nationals from 9th to 13th November 2011 at Indore

c) 4th Sub-Junior South Nationals for Boys and Girls at Nandigama (AP) and both teams secured 2nd Place

d) 24th South Nationals for Men & Women at Hiyathana Hill, Karnataka from 23rd to 25th January 2012, and both teams secured third place.
