31st Sub-Junior National Kabaddi Championship for Boys & Girls held at Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand from 28th to 31st December 2021. Tamil Nadu Girls team won the Silver Medal.

68th Senior Women National Kabaddi Championship held at Charkhi Dadri, Haryana from 10th to 13th March 2022.

Tamilnadu Amateur Kabaddi Association conducted the following State Championships successfully.

i) 47th Junior Boys State Kabaddi Championship held at Sonai Meenal Arts & Science College, Ramnad District from 19th to 21st February 2021

45th Junior National Boys & Girls Championship held at West Bengal from 15th to 18th February 2019. A preparatory camp was held prior to the teams departure. Boys team was sponsored by R.Samiappam and Girls team was sponsored by Mr. Venkatachalam and Coach Mr. Palaichamy.
Boys’ team won Bronze Medal

KHELO INDIA Youth Games was held at Pune from 9th to 20th January 2019. Boys team won Silver Medal.

b) 44th Junior Nationals Championship for Boys & Girls at Cuttack, Odisha State from 12th to 15th December 2017.

c) 65th Senior Men &

women National Championship at Gatchi Bowli Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad, Telangana State from 31st December 2018 to 5th January 2018.

d) All India Junior Federation Cup Tournament at Kakri, Uttar Pradesh from 22nd to 25th March 2018.

Mr. Ranjithkumar has been selected for the Asian Games Men Team.

Nearly 80players are attending the Coaching Camp for 6th Pro Kabaddi League.

Achievements 2016-2017

Ms. S.Anthoniyammal from Tamilnadu has represented India in the 5th Asian Beach Games held at Danang, Vietnam from 23rd to 27th September 2016 and won the Gold Medal.

1st International Beach Kabaddi Championship held at South Africa Mauritius on 18th & 19th March 2017. Ms. S.Anthoniyammal from Tamilnadu represented India and won Gold Medal.

In the 43rd Junior National Kabaddi Championship for Boys & Girls held at Vadodarda, Gujarat from 21st to 25th December 2016, Tamilnadu Girls team secured 3rd Position.

In the All India Junior Federation Cup Kabaddi Tournament for Boys & Girls at Kakri, Uttar Pradesh from 27th to 30th January 2017, the Tamilnadu Girls team secured 3rd Position.

In the 64th South Zone Kabaddi Championship for Men & women held at Vickramasingapuram, Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu from 17th to 19th February 2017, the Tamilnadu Men team won the Gold Medal

Achievements 2015-2016

1. The Tamilnadu Sub-Junior Boys & Girls teams participated in the 27th Junior Nationals from 15th to 18th October 2015 at Hyderabad.

2. 42nd Junior National Championship was held at Ujjaini, Madhya Pradesh from 3rd to 7th January 2016.

Tamilnadu Girls teams were the Runner-up and both the Boys & Girls team qualified for the Junior Federation Cup.

3. 63rd Senior National Championship was held at Bangalore from 24th to 29th November 2015. Both Men & Women teams qualified for the Senior Federation Cup Tournament.

4. The Junior Boys & Girls teams participated in the Junior Federation Cup Tournament at Kakri, Uttar Pradesh.

Achievements 2014-2015

1. 41st Junior National Kabaddi Championship for Boys & Girls held at Kazarcode, Kerala from 26th to 30th December 2014. Tamilnadu Junior Boys secured the Second Place and the Junior Girls secured the Third place.

2. 61st South Zone Kabaddi Championship for Men & Women was held at Bangalore, Karnataka from 12th to 14th December 2014. Tamilnadu Women brought credit by winning the Gold Medal and the Men secured the Bronze Medal.

1. 41st Junior National Kabaddi Championship for Boys & Girls held at Kazarcode, Kerala from 26th to 30th December 2014. Tamilnadu Junior Boys secured the Second Place and the Junior Girls secured the Third place.

Achievements 2012-2013

Tamilnadu State Amateur Kabaddi Association had the privilege of hosting State Championships for Men & Women under the direct support of SDAT and the SDAT with the blessings of Hon’ble Chief Minister, who presented Rs.12 Lakhs for Winners, 6 Lakhs for Runners and 3 Lakhs for the 3rd place which is indeed a great encouragement.

Achievements 2011-2012

38th Junior Nationals for Boys & Girls Championships in Vadodara, Gujarat from 27th to 30th December 2011 the Boys won the Silver Medal and the Girls secured 3rd Place.

Tamilnadu participated in the Senior Beach National Kabaddi Championship held in Visakhapatnam from 3rd to 23rd August 2011. Senior Women team secured the Second Place.

South Zone at Hyderabad from 17th to 19th December 2011 – Men secured Second Place and Women 3rd Place and become eligible to participate in the Super Sixteen Championship held in Mumbai from 4th to 8th January 2012.
